In his 2018 season with the low-A affiliate Lake County Captains, Will played right field, earned an Midwest League All-Star selection, and led the Midwest League with 22 homeruns and was third in walks for the 2018 season. Will spent time in both the low-A and high-A Cleveland affiliates in 2019. While with the low-A Lake County Captains, Will led the Midwest League in home runs, slugging, OPS, and RBI. He was selected to the Midwest League All-Star game for a second consecutive year, was the only player to be named Player of the Week multiple times, and became only the fifth player in league history to have a four (4) home run game on April 18. Will was promoted to the high-A Lynchburg Hillcats in June, where he spent the remainder of his 2019 season. Will spends his offseason improving access to baseball instruction and facilities for Atlanta’s young people through his foundation, FutureIsNear.
