6-4-3 is very fortunate to have gifted teachers serving as instructors for baseball skill development in all aspects of the game - hitting, pitching, catching, infield defense, outfield defense and base running. Adding to our deep and talented team, 6-4-3 would like to introduce Gene Ross with great excitement.
Gene possesses over 35 years of experience as a baseball player, coach, trainer and instructor and is an expert in throwing mechanics analysis, injury analysis and prevention, velocity enhancement and arm care. Gene was a baseball scholarship athlete at the University of Illinois - Champaign/Urbana. Gene also pitched professionally with the Pittsburg Pirates and Minnesota Twins organizations. From 1963-1966, Gene was a member of the Minnesota Twins big league roster. Further, Gene is an experienced and knowledgeable coach and instructor. Gene is also a Certified Pitching Instructor by Complete Athlete/Andrews Institute (Dr. James Andrews, Birmingham, AL), Rod Dedeau Research and Baseball Institute at The University of Southern California, National Pitching Association and Sports Science and Performance Institute.
Gene will be joining current pitching instructors Matt Liedberg, Nick Montgomery, Kenny Strack, Chris Goershel and Adam Bowling (limited availability) to allow 6-4-3 to meet and exceed your ballplayer's skill development needs on the mound. 6-4-3 is thrilled to have Gene Ross as an experienced instructor.
For hitting, catching and defensive instruction, Taylor Hightower, Ric Bishop, Ryan Sterling, Jamaal Hawkins, Danny Pralgo and Nelson Pedraza remain readily available to meet and exceed your skill development needs in the batter's box and on the field.
Please call 678.354.3199 or contact Matt Liedberg to set up a pitching lesson with Gene or schedule your next private or group/team lesson with any of our talented instructors.
