COACHES COMMENTS:
Drew is a 6’5” RHP in a very long and lanky frame. His fastball sits in the mid 80s, while running it up to 88. Drew has great mound presence. He competes with every pitch he throws. Drew fills up the zone very well and can command both sides of the plate with his fastball. Drew throws a curveball that he has great confidence in and can throw it in any count. He can use it to get ahead for a strike, or go to it as an out pitch. Drew’s changeup is also a very successful pitch for him. He can throw it confidently against righties or lefties and it keeps hitters very unbalanced. With his frame and work ethic, Drew will be a great addition to any pitching staff as he gets stronger.
